About the Author

Tom Franklin received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration. In addition to teaching marketing and business classes within the community college environment at the beginning of his career, Mr. Franklin spent more than thirty years working within the commercial banking and financial services industry. His experience ranges from consumer and commercial lending and development to helping organizations complete competitive strength turnarounds that significantly helped them expand their profitability and competitiveness. He accomplished that activity by redirecting the companies’ employees through a strategic management process that set new standards and focus that led to a more positive and creative work environment.
